About Us

The Branch Collective is a full-service PR and creative consultancy, where our name embodies our philosophy: like the branches of a tree, we extend our expertise across various fields, connecting our team to achieve a common goal. Led by seasoned independent publicists, we specialize in bespoke public relations campaigns for film, TV/streaming and awards, while also offering corporate communications, festival strategy, unit publicity, and talent management.

Whilst we are a budget-conscious boutique agency with a strong track record of working with large companies, we are able to identify gaps in what other PR agencies offer. With 25+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, we collaborate with a number of industry professionals around the world with a presence at TIFF, Cannes, Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW, Venice and Berlinale amongst others.

Given our first-hand knowledge on the needs of sales agents and independent filmmakers, we are uniquely positioned to manage U.S., Canadian, and international press, effectively leveraging publicity campaigns from launch through global distribution.

Our collaborators are located in New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, France, and the UK. Each branch of our collective brings unique strengths and perspectives, working in harmony to create innovative and impactful campaigns.

Past and present clients include: Protagonist Pictures, FilmNation Entertainment, StudioCanal, Universal Pictures Content Group, Distiller Films, United Artists Releasing/MGM, Brock Media, Katara Studios/WME Agency, Nafta Films, T.E.N. Entertainment, NewFest LGBTQ+ Festival
